Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including CO labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax reporting (W-2/1099)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with general ledger
- Support HRIS implementations and payroll system integrations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA standards
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll tax filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Expertise in CO labor laws and FLSA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven experience with payroll audits and reconciliations
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
