Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles with 100% accuracy and timeliness
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for federal/state/local jurisdictions
- Oversee time & attendance systems integration with payroll software
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and regulatory filings
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related projects
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll platforms
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of federal/state payroll tax laws
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Experience with SAP HR modules or Oracle HCM
