Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for child support, taxes, and deductions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for management and auditors
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FICA, AZ state regulations)
- Onboard new hires with payroll enrollment and tax forms
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integration
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HCM system expertise
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and payroll tax software
- Familiarity with Arizona state wage laws and reporting requirements
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills for payroll exception handling
- Ability to maintain confidential employee data
