Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll with 100% accuracy
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings (federal/state/local)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Administer time-off accruals and leave-of-absence payments
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Generate payroll reports for executive and compliance purposes
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification required
- Expertise in Florida state labor laws and multi-state compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
