Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across GA and federal jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 distributions
- Support HR initiatives including onboarding documentation and benefits enrollment
- Develop payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Familiarity with GA state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
