Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments
- Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data for leadership
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
- Conduct annual wage garnishment audits and reconciliations
- Implement payroll process improvements using ADP Workforce Now
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll systems
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and garnishment laws
- Associate degree in Accounting or Business Administration
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
