Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wages for deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Prepare and file federal/state tax forms (941s, 940s, unemployment reports)
- Manage new hire onboarding and payroll data maintenance in HRIS
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and document compliance procedures
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with exceptional service
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state labor laws
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax compliance
