Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (FL, GA, SC)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement payroll system upgrades and process improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expertise in FLSA and FL wage law compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPP certification (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing and tax filings
