Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices with precision using SAP and Salesforce
- Manage A/R ledger collections and resolve payment discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve billing disputes and client inquiries
- Generate monthly/quarterly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Implement process improvements to reduce billing errors by 15%
- Ensure compliance with SOX and PCI-DSS regulations
- Train junior staff on billing systems and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of accounts receivable/billing experience in SaaS or tech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (< 2% error tolerance)
- Experience with multi-currency billing and international clients
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) preferred
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transactions (>500/month)
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration
