- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports
- Train junior staff on billing software and protocols
- Conduct quarterly audits to identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of medical billing experience in a hospital or clinic setting
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC credential required
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial insurance regulations
- Proven ability to reduce A/R days by 15%+ in previous roles
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance preferred
