Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations including CO labor laws
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end W-2/1099 processing
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with GL accounts
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA standards
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and tax form documentation
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep knowledge of CO payroll tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to manage confidential employee data
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- SHRM or APA certification preferred
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage attachment orders
