Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, OR, and WA
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and vendors
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding, terminations, and benefit changes
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll accuracy
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Deep knowledge of CA labor laws and federal tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data
