Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Conduct bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial systems
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Support budget forecasting and expense analysis initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in tech/industry
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and California tax regulations
- Proven track record of improving financial reporting processes
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
