Responsibilities
- Perform month-end and year-end close procedures accurately and timely.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Prepare financial statements and reconciliations for review by management.
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance filings.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Support budget analysis and variance reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Valid CPA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
