Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee AP/AR operations with automated workflow optimization
- Prepare financial statements and compliance reports for international stakeholders
- Lead internal controls implementation and SOX compliance audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic financial initiatives
- Maintain accurate GL accounts and financial databases in SAP/Oracle
- Conduct variance analysis and performance reporting for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of accounting experience with night shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and tax compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling
- Certification in internal controls or SOX compliance (CIA/CISA)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proven track record in high-volume transaction processing
