Responsibilities
Manage daily bookkeeping operations and maintain accurate financial records.Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and perform variance analysis.Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.Assist in the external audit process and coordinate with auditors.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) strongly preferred.Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
