Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconcile GL accounts
- Process high-volume AP/AR transactions during night shift hours
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for leadership
- Coordinate with international teams for multi-currency transactions
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and GAAP standards
- Support audit requests with accurate documentation
- Optimize accounting workflows using SAP and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Night shift availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel macros
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
