Responsibilities
- Manage end-of-day financial reconciliations and month-end closing processes
- Oversee multi-currency transaction processing and VAT compliance
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for international stakeholders
- Coordinate with AP/AR teams to resolve payment discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP and QuickBooks systems
- Conduct internal audits and financial risk assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during EMEA business hours
Qualifications
- ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified or equivalent accounting certification
- Minimum 3 years of night shift or shift-based accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software (SAP/Oracle)
- Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and international financial standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven ability to work autonomously in remote teams
- Experience with multi-currency accounting systems
