Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, sustainability consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record developing corporate climate action plans with measurable impact
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of renewable energy, circular economy, and regenerative agriculture
- Certification in ESG reporting (GRI, SASB) or futurist foresight (CFP preferred)
- Experience with AI-driven sustainability analytics and carbon footprint modeling tools
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- PhD or Master's in Sustainability, Futures Studies, Environmental Science, or related field
