Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic vision roadmap, aligning emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive-level foresight briefings and scenario-planning frameworks for board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government labs, and disruptor startups
- Champion a culture of exponential thinking through internal workshops and thought leadership
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Quantify future market potential through predictive modeling and scenario analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, Web3, AR/VR, climate tech)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic foresight implementations
