Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce actionable trend reports and scenario analyses for executive stakeholders
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design and facilitate future-focused workshops with C-suite leadership
- Drive adoption of innovation frameworks across 15+ global business units
- Represent the company at industry conferences and futurist symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven expertise in trend forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
