Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic vision through horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning AI, biotech, and sustainable tech domains
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps and investment priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present compelling future-state narratives to executive teams, investors, and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight framework across the organization
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts and market evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, climate tech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience leading global teams across multiple time zones
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year strategic implementations
