Responsibilities

- Produce high-impact trend reports for executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Champion ethical tech principles in future system design
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Proven track record translating future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in tech futurism (e.g., TEDx, MIT Press)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suites on transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
