Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with demonstrable 5+ year planning impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning frameworks
- Proven track record translating foresight into tangible business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future concepts
- Experience scaling foresight processes across global organizations
