Responsibilities
- Develop and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into strategic product roadmaps and R&D priorities
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents for board-level presentations
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future-focused research initiatives
- Design and maintain an innovation metrics dashboard to track emerging opportunities
- Represent the organization at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and board-level presentation experience
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and sustainability trends
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
