Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive technologies and market shifts impacting 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision
- Facilitate strategic workshops with stakeholders to co-create future scenarios
- Build and manage a portfolio of moonshot projects with exponential growth potential
- Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for innovation initiatives
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation-first culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future planning
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in high-growth environments
