- Design strategic adoption frameworks for emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen computing and human-machine interaction systems
- Present trend analyses to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and technology architects
- Develop patent-pending methodologies for tech adoption curve prediction
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with Fortune 500 or hypergrowth startups
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or blockchain architectures
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurology, or related field
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Proficiency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Experience scaling tech teams from 5 to 50+ professionals
