Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and research teams
- Anticipate and mitigate emerging risks in AI ethics, climate tech, and biotechnology
- Produce actionable white papers and scenario-planning models for Fortune 500 clients
- Curate exclusive Future Forward Summit featuring global thought leaders
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Horizon Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation at Fortune 100 or startup unicorn
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on emerging technologies
- Expertise in converging domains: AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized solutions
- Proficiency in strategic scenario modeling tools (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and public audiences
