As part of our elite Future Intelligence Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global think tanks to identify paradigm shifts in technology, society, and markets. Your insights will directly influence product development, investment decisions, and organizational resilience planning.
Responsibilities
- Analyze megatrends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into operational blueprints
- Author high-impact trend reports published in industry journals and policy forums
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation pioneers
- Advise executive teams on existential risks and opportunity identification
- Design innovation pipelines for emerging market disruptions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of delivering actionable foresight for enterprise clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or thought leadership
