Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and geopolitical trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight insights into actionable business initiatives
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry audiences
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish innovation KPIs and track adoption of strategic foresight across business units
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and tech foresight conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Experience building and leading cross-functional innovation teams
