Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and budgeting processes
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop complex financial models for M&A opportunities and capital allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and performance metrics
- Prepare board-level financial reports and executive dashboards
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and revenue enhancement strategies
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
