Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare executive-level financial presentations and board reports
- Streamline financial processes using advanced Excel and ERP systems
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including M&A due diligence
- Mentor junior analysts and ensure best practices implementation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
- Proven track record in budgeting and forecasting for mid-sized companies
