Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analysis for M&A opportunities
- Develop rolling forecasts and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional budgeting processes across 5 business units
- Identify cost optimization opportunities driving $5M+ annual savings
- Create investor-grade presentations for quarterly board meetings
- Automate financial workflows using Power BI and Excel VBA
- Collaborate with Treasury on capital allocation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis in energy or manufacturing
- Advanced Excel modeling with Power Query/VBA expertise
- Proficient in SAP and Oracle Financials systems
- Strong SQL skills for financial data extraction
- Experience SEC 10-K/Q reporting compliance
- Proven ability to present complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- CPA designation strongly preferred
