As a key member of our finance department, you will drive strategic decision-making through in-depth financial modeling, data analysis, and insightful reporting. Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare comprehensive reports for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis and performance benchmarking
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities
