Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build complex financial models and forecasts to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Variances Analysis: Conduct rigorous variance analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Assist in the budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against allocated resources.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Tools: Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is a plus.
