Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support executive decision-making.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain the corporate budget and long-term financial plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify cost-saving opportunities and revenue growth drivers.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP.
- Create interactive dashboards using Power BI and Excel to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, GAAP, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Experience working in the tech sector or high-growth environments is a plus.
