Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop complex financial models and scenarios to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and market trends.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and product teams to optimize capital allocation and operational efficiency.
- Identify cost-saving initiatives and recommend process improvements to enhance overall financial performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
