Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, coding, and payment processing
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Optimize payment workflows to ensure timely and accurate disbursements
- Collaborate with procurement and finance teams on expense controls and vendor management
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce processing time
- Prepare monthly AP reports and support month-end closing activities
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing (1,000+ monthly)
- Knowledge of sales tax compliance and procurement workflows
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
