Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) ensuring compliance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor annual budgets and track capital expenditure.
- Utilize advanced data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to create executive dashboards and reports.
- Perform ad-hoc financial research and market analysis to support strategic initiatives and potential mergers.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is a significant plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy.
