Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements and market trends to assess credit risk
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage loan portfolios exceeding $50M in value
- Collaborate with commercial lending teams on complex transactions
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations (FIRREA, BSA)
- Maintain accurate documentation in loan origination systems
- Present risk assessments to senior management committees
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required
- 5+ years of commercial credit analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and credit software (e.g., Moody's Analytics)
- Credit certification (CCC, CCE) preferred
- Demonstrated experience with SBA and commercial lending
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and regulatory knowledge
