Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders and executive management.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the business units.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project future performance and evaluate potential investments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
