- Perform month-end closing procedures including journal entries and reconciliations
- Assist with financial statement preparation and analysis for diverse industries
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and payroll processing
- Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting
- Support audit preparation and documentation compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial projects
- Implement internal controls to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (recent graduates encouraged)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of GAAP principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
