Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and metrics to create actionable reports for executive decision-making
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets across multiple business units
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic recommendations to improve profitability
- Collaborate with FP&A team to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation
- Automate financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and BI tools
- Mentor junior analysts and streamline financial workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in SaaS or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI platforms
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
