Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build and maintain complex financial models to predict revenue streams and assess profitability scenarios.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the C-suite and board members.
- Budgeting & Variance Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting process and perform variance analysis to identify trends and areas for cost optimization.
- Strategic Planning: Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate new business initiatives and capital expenditures.
- Process Improvement: Streamline financial workflows and implement best practices to enhance data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within the technology or finance industries.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
