Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Develop comprehensive budgets, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Create financial models to support strategic decision-making and capital allocation
- Collaborate with department heads to drive cost optimization initiatives
- Present complex financial insights through clear visual dashboards and executive summaries
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reporting under tight deadlines
