Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost optimization
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform financial strategy

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, pivot tables, complex formulas)
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting processes
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
