Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to create comprehensive forecasts, budgets, and variance reports
- Develop and maintain financial models for strategic planning and valuation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Present complex financial insights to executive leadership through compelling dashboards
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Remote work experience preferred
