Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models, variance analyses, and KPI dashboards to guide executive decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting cycles and quarterly forecasting processes for core business units
- Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with FP&A team to optimize working capital and capital allocation strategies
- Present financial insights to C-suite executives and board members through executive presentations
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and ensure audit-readiness of financial reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in high-growth tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and financial modeling
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other BI tools for data visualization
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
