Responsibilities
- Lead monthly financial forecasting and variance analysis for $500M+ portfolio
- Develop comprehensive financial models for strategic initiatives and M&A opportunities
- Automate reporting workflows using Python and Power BI to improve efficiency by 40%
- Collaborate with executive team on budgeting and capital allocation strategies
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational decision-making
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and internal controls
- Mentor junior analysts through structured training programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, LBO)
- Knowledge of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
