Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit deductions
- Generate payroll reports for executive team and auditors
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with employees and vendors
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS system
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
- Expert knowledge of CA wage laws and tax codes
- BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with 100% accuracy
